This is a tool of the Institut de l'Ecoedició specifically designed to calculate the environmental impact of books and journals.
It aims to be a tool to incorporate sustainability as a relevant criterion in the publishing of books to reduce the environmental impact of the sector.
BookDAPer is also an efficient tool to facilitate the obtention of an environmental product declaration (EPD) "Eco-Published Book" or "Eco-Published Publication"to foster environmental communication and awareness to readers. Shall we move forward?
